The Foyer / Community Services Wing / Notary
Available · by appointmentNotary Public
Commissioned Arkansas notary services with the same preparation-first approach as everything in the collective. By appointment, with mobile service available by arrangement.
What can be notarized
- Acknowledgments
- Jurats and verifications on oath or affirmation
- Signature witnessing
- Powers of attorney and healthcare directives (documents prepared by you or your attorney)
- Vehicle title and bill-of-sale signings
- Business and personal documents requiring a notarial certificate
A notary public is not an attorney licensed to practice law and may not give legal advice, prepare legal documents or accept fees for legal services. When a document needs an attorney, Mo will say so — and help you find one.
How it works
Call or message to schedule. Standard appointments are held locally around Cabot and Little Rock; mobile appointments — your office, a hospital, a closing table — are available by arrangement. Urgent and after-hours requests are accommodated whenever possible.
